John 6: 29 “Then they asked him, ‘What must we do to do the works God requires?’ Jesus answered, ‘The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.’”
What struck me: I love this verse! When people want to know about what works they have to do to please God, this is the verse to show them. Here are the works: BELIEVE in Jesus. That’s what He wants us “to do”. That's the "work" God requires from us. Just believe. It's really that simple.
